i am trying to do a reclassification into a higher advisor position at my job. unfortunately that union might have cuts and since i would be new, i would be cut first. i have the deans backing though which is a good thing. i have to write out my reason for my re-class and apparently it has to be very vivid and exact which i am having a hard time with.
